With the use of modern technology, efficient management, and clear policies, the state government aims to make all government services available to the general public in their area through common service delivery channels, as well as ensuring the effectiveness, reliability, and affordability of such services to meet the demands of the general public on a basic level on a single platform.

In an attempt to fulfil this vision, the Government of Arunachal Pradesh has implemented the e-seva platform to provide services to citizens for all the government services under each department for the ease of the common man. In this portal all the Government to Citizen (G2C), Government to Business (G2B) and Government to Government (G2G) services has been identified for the quick accessibility and application for prompt solution.
